Refund policy

 Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns at craftinbyraquel@gmail.com.

In case that your return is accepted, the customer will return the item on their own expenses and the item have to return on their original package, unused and unaltered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
